SALON POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I understand and agree that a 50% of service cost booking fee is required for all bookings. The amount is taken off total service price to be paid at your appointment.

I understand and agree that the booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

I understand and agree that there are no cancellations or changes allowed to be made within 48 hours of my appointment.

I understand and agree that if I do cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of my appointment that I will forfeit the entire booking fee. It cannot be used for any future appointment.

I understand and agree that if I am unable to attend the appointment (including due to travel & health issues) that I am not eligible for a refund, I may reschedule to another date if at least 48 hours notice is given prior to appointment time.

I understand and agree if I have to reschedule more than once a new deposit will need to be paid.

I understand and agree that in a no-show circumstance, 100% of service fee is charged and to be paid within 48 hours.

I understand and agree that if I am running late, that time will be taken out of my appointment and I will still be charged the full amount.

I understand and agree that appointments outside of regular trading hours, a 15% surcharge applies to the service price. (Early morning, late nights, Sundays, Public Holidays)

I understand and agree that there are strictly no guests or children (under 16 parents are permitted to go through consent form)

I understand and agree that no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

I understand and agree that I must follow correct aftercare to get the most out of my lashes.

I understand and agree that booking an appointment with Morganite Studio, I am agreeing to be bound to these terms & conditions.
